Information we collect for text messaging

• Your mobile phone number.

• Your messaging consent record: how and when you agreed to receive text messages from us.

• The content of text messages you send to us and that we send to you.

• Message metadata such as date, time, and delivery status.

How we use this information

• To respond to questions and requests you text to us about buying, selling, leasing, or managing real estate.

• To send appointment and showing confirmations, transaction and document-status updates, and scheduling messages that you have requested.

• To honor opt-out requests and keep a record of consent.

• To comply with legal, regulatory, licensing, and wireless-carrier requirements.

No sharing of mobile information

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Message frequency varies by conversation, up to 10 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to (503) 908-2776 at any time to cancel. Reply HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.

Data retention and security

We keep text-messaging records only as long as needed to serve you and to meet our obligations as a licensed real estate brokerage, then delete or anonymize them. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information.
