• Who Is Buying: Whose name is going to be put on the deed?  Are you purchasing the home with a spouse?  If so, it may be beneficial to check both parties' credit and get an idea of where you are at.

• Location: Where areas are you looking to potentially live in? Do you want something close to work or are okay with commuting in exchange for other amenities?
